Welcome to The Citadel’s EMS Web App

This online event management and room reservation system allows faculty, staff, and instructors to book rooms for non-course-related events, like conferences, special events, panel discussions, and guest speakers.

Please note the following points of information:

  • To Access, please click "Welcome, Guest" in the upper left corner and apply your Citadel credentials to sign on.
  • A request for space does not guarantee that space is assigned.
  • Reservation requests are not considered confirmed until the Room Owner or Office of Event Management sends an official reservation confirmation to you via email.
  • All requests will be reviewed by the Room Owner or Office of Event Management before being scheduled and confirmed.
